Philadelphus Mock Orange.
The Mock Orange Blossom is a thriving deciduous shrub that features oval green foliage and produces large fragrant clusters of beautiful, double, white flowers during late spring and early summer. This plant is famous for its small white to cream flowers that exude a heady scent, reminiscent of orange blossoms, which is why it is commonly referred to as the 'mock orange' plant.
Mock orange shrubs will work perfectly as a hedging or border plant in your garden, growing up to three metres high and spreading three metres wide.
Plant in an open sunny position in well-drained and well-worked soil.
Protect from strong winds.
Mulch well to retain moisture in the soil.
In ideal conditions, it can grow to H3 x W3m.
