David Austin Rose The Alnwick Rose.
Botanical Name: (Ausgrab)(PBR) English Shrub Rose
Pretty, many petalled, cupped blooms of soft pink. There is a rich Old Rose fragrance with raspberry notes. It flowers in flushes from early summer until the first frosts. It forms a nicely rounded, slightly upright, bushy shrub with plentiful, glossy green foliage. David Austin, 2001.
Care
• Water immediately after planting. Water well until established, particularly during periods of extended heat.
• Plant in Full Sun.
• Remove spent blooms. Prune back by one-third in winter, removing old and damaged wood. Shorten stems to a healthy bud to promote strong growth.
• Fertilise every Late winter to the end of autumn every 3-4 months. We recommend Harry's Rose Food.
