DESCRIPTION

Protea Cream Mink.

Botanical Name: Protea neriifolia.

This dense shrub displays spectacular cream flowers in winter with black feathered edges. It is an excellent display plant or screen and fits in well with low-maintenance, low-water-use gardens. It is also a popular Protea for cut flower growers. Although not native to Australia, Proteas make a great fit in any native garden.

Plant in a full sun position in well-draining acidic soil.
Tolerant of moderate frost once established.
In ideal conditions, it can grow to H2.5m x W2m.
