Robinia Frisia.
A fast-growing and spreading tree, growing to a height of up to 10 metres. Attractive golden yellow foliage, contrast with red thorns, darken to green in Summer and then to orange-yellow in Autumn. Spring brings dense drooping clusters of fragrant white pea-like flowers.
Approximately 2m + tall
Plant in well-drained and well-worked soil.
Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level.
Water in well and keep the soil moist until the tree is established.
Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune to shape if necessary.
Suitable to most soil conditions and also tolerant to air pollution.
In ideal conditions, it can grow to H10m x W5m.
